2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use CareerPilot.

• the content does not violate any law or third-party rights
• the content does not contain malicious code

We may remove content that violates these Terms.

5. AI-Generated Insights

CareerPilot uses automated technologies and artificial intelligence to generate insights.

These outputs may include:

• job-fit assessments
• career trajectory suggestions
• resume improvement recommendations
• learning suggestions

AI-generated outputs:

• may contain inaccuracies
• should not be relied upon as professional career advice
• do not guarantee hiring outcomes or employment success

Users should exercise their own judgment when using any recommendations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CareerPilot to:

• upload unlawful, harmful, or misleading content
• upload documents that you do not have permission to use
• attempt to reverse engineer the platform
• disrupt or interfere with the service
• scrape or extract data from the platform
• use the service to build competing products

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of access.

7. Intellectual Property

The CareerPilot platform, including its:

• software
• algorithms
• user interface
• branding
• design
• documentation

is owned by CareerPilot and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the platform without permission.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• maintenance

• technical issues
• infrastructure outages

9. Fees and Payments
